Recommended for:
Standard Follow-Up Appointment to review/change plan from previous visit
Standard test review with recommendations:
(blood test, x-rays, ct scans, ultrasounds, Bone Density Test)
OR
One advanced test review with recommendations
Cost: $259
30 minute follow up appointments will change to a 45 minute appointment if appointment reaches 40 minutes
BLOOM - 45 Minute
Follow Up Appointment:
45 minute in-person or virtual appointment
