Booking Appointments:
Please choose from 30, 45, or 60 minute Follow Up Appointments.
Please note that appointments that exceed the respective appointment times indicated will be changed to reflect the time spent with Dr. Joseph.
For 30, 45 and 60 minute appointments, Dr. Joseph will:
Review lab work results
Discuss lifestyle modification imp
lementation and strategies tailored plan with further lifestyle changes
Targeted supplement recommendations

BLOOM - 30 Minute
Follow Up Appointment:
30 minute in-person or virtual appointment
Recommended for:
Follow-Up Appointment to review/change plan from previous visit
Test review with recommendations for:
(blood test, x-rays, ct scans, ultrasounds, Bone Density Test)
OR One advanced test review with recommendations
Cost: $259
30 minute follow up appointments will change to a 45 minute appointment if appointment reaches 40 minutes
BLOOM - 45 Minute
Follow Up Appointment:
45 minute in-person or virtual appointment
Recommended for:
Follow-Up Appointment to review/change plan from previous visit
Test review with recommendations for :
(blood test, x-rays, ct scans, ultrasounds, Bone Density Test) AND One advanced test review with recommendations
OR Two advanced test reviews with recommendations
Cost: $319
45 minute follow up appointments will change to a 60 minute appointment if appointment reaches 55 minutes
BLOOM - 60 Minute
Follow Up Appointment:
60 minute in-person or virtual appointment
Recommended for:
Follow-Up Appointment to review/change plan from previous visit
Test review with recommendations:
(blood test, x-rays, ct scans, ultrasounds, Bone Density Test) AND Two advanced test reviews with recommendations
OR Three advanced test review with recommendations
Cost: $399
*Depending on the complexity of test, additional appointment may be needed to review tests
